Tender for grid losses
In accordance with the provisions of the new Energy Economy Act, electricity grid operators are responsible for the procurement of energy that is required for covering grid losses. The Energy Economy Act and the Electricity Network Access Regulation make it obligatory to procure grid losses via market-oriented, transparent procedures that are free of discrimination.
