Data exchange, general information
Direct processing of the exchange of energy, EEG (Renewable Energies Act) and KWK-G (Combined Heat and Power Generation Act) data between grid operators and TenneT TSO GmbH
The following text describes the direct processing of the exchange of energy, EEG and KWK-G data between grid operators and TenneT TSO GmbH, on the basis of current framing conditions. These shall apply until the responsible public authority specifies a uniform process and format.
The goal is to ensure uniform data formats, data routes and scheduling frameworks for the processes mentioned and to automate them as far as possible.
Exchange of energy data with TenneT
StromNZV ยง 22 (Electricity Grid Access Ordinance) provides for the electronic and prompt exchange of data between operators of power supply grids, in the uniform nation-wide format specified by the regulatory body. The energy data are necessary to settle payments between grid operators and TenneT TSO GmbH and to settle balance areas.
The goal is the direct transmission of the 1/4-hour total load profiles (readings, synthetic or analytical load profiles, where necessary, grid time series, EEG readings and EEG feed-in profiles) strictly separated by balance area, by all grid operators or their commissioned service providers to TenneT TSO GmbH via the data route described below. In so doing, the grid operator is responsible for the transmission of all settlement-related data to TenneT TSO GmbH and for ensuring its accuracy.
