In accordance with §15 (2) of the Act Granting Priority to Renewable Energy Sources from the 21st of July 2004, amended on the 7th of November 2006, transmission grid operators are obligated to publish exchanged data as per §14a (1) to (5) and therefore make it possible for competent third parties to track balanced amounts of energy and payments

The following outline the three main content areas:

1. Data from the E.On Netz GmbH control area that relates to settlement on the basis of auditor certificates in accordance with § 14a (7) of the EEG.

You can find the values of E.ON Netz GmbH audited by a generally recognized institute of certified accountants in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act for 2006 under the following link.

2. Detailed data from the control area of E.ON Netz GmbH in accordance with § 14a (1) to (5) of the EEG.

In this section you will find two links to the extensive database information system for the EEG feed and the final consumer sales pursuant to the EEG in the control area of E.ON Netz GmbH.

This data is based on reports from the distribution system operators as per § 14a (3) of the EEG as well as the utility company that operates in the control area of E.ON Netz GmbH in accordance with § 14a (5) of the EEG. For data protection reasons, the scope of the data is partly limited when compared with the afore-mentioned reports. The supplier of the data is solely responsible for the correctness of the values. The values displayed are meant as a detailed supplement to the data from Section 1 and do not constitute the final basis for nationwide balancing of load under the EEG.

3. Report as per § 15 (2) no. 2 on the calculation of data previously compiled.
