Scheduling framework
In accordance with §§ 45 ff of the Renewable Energy Sources Act, the completion of nationwide equalisation is bound to a series of stringent deadlines:
| 28. February | In accordance with § 46 of the EEG, the EEG plant operators must provide the data that is necessary for the final account of the previous year to the network operators that are subject to admission. |
| 31. May | System operators and utility companies are obligated to submit to the regular transmission system operator the data concerning the payments that were actually made and final consumer sales pursuant to § 47 of the EEG (distribution system operators) and § 49 of the EEG (utility company), respectively. |
| 31. May | The final invoices as per § 47 and 49 of the EEG must be certified by an auditor or chartered accountant at the request of the transmission system operator as per § 50 of the EEG. As in the past, transpower asks for auditing of each and every final invoice. |
| 31. July | On the basis of the aforementioned certifications as per § 48 of the EEG, the transmission system operators will submit the final invoices for the previous year to the utility companies for which they are responsible. |
| 31. August | The transmission system operators will also submit audited invoices on the basis of these certificates as per § 37 para. 4 of the EEG and assert the claims vis-à-vis the utility company supplying the final consumer in line with the nationwide equalization scheme. |
Monthly
Report of the monthly data (kWh, Euro, vNNe) as per § 47 of the EEG & energy deliveries as per § 34 of the EEG of the distribution system operator to the transmission system operator for the respective previous month parallel to the monthly partial invoices. Please use the EEG/KWK-G portal for data reports on the EEG and the corresponding data formats for the energy deliveries.
